Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00pm Positions Supervised: N/A

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Managing major cruise line accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure contract compliance
- Vendor Relations (retail promotion, Gift Shop Gift With Purchase (GWP) etc.
- Serve as liaison between the Purchasing, Customer Service, warehouse and Accounting Depts.
- Interaction with vendors on matters such as pricing, programs, orders, etc.
- Assist Purchasing Department in forecasting usage of products for individual accounts
- Follow up on bids and awarded contracts.
- Build new business relationships

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Ability to work long hours and weekend availability.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Hospitality, Food and Beverage,
Business Administration or related field; and a minimum of 2 years sales experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail experience, such as Gift Shops, preferred.
